How it works

From choosing your freshfood items to following your order.

  1. Choose your freshfood items. Browse markets or categories and check each product's price, unit and availability.
  2. Review your basket. Add the quantities you need and confirm your selected items.
  3. Choose delivery. Select your address, delivery method and speed. Review all charges before placing your order.
  4. Complete payment. Follow the payment instructions shown for your order. Your order is processed after payment is confirmed.
  5. Follow your order. Open My orders in your account to review its status and available delivery information.
