How do I shop?
Browse a market or food category, choose a product and quantity, then add it to your basket. Review your basket before checkout.
How do I check my order?
Sign in and open My orders. Select an order to review its details, payment information and delivery progress.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery options and charges are shown during checkout. Review the final total before placing your order.
What if I paid but my order is still pending?
Check the payment callback and your order details. Keep your order number and payment reference. Avoid making a second payment while the first payment status is unclear.
Why can I not sign in?
Use the email address registered to your account and check your password carefully. An existing phone number may belong to an account registered with a different email.
How does WhatsApp shopping work?
In your existing AgroFresh WhatsApp conversation, reply MENU to view the options. Follow the prompts to search, review your basket and check out.
